We know that some fillers, such as oats, pumpkin, or rice, can serve a nutritional or functional role. Our focus isn’t on being “free from everything”, but on being free from the unnecessary. Your dog deserves better than “junk food in disguise”. That’s why every treat in your Wuff Wellness box is carefully selected to support your dog as a whole, without compromise. When you’re building a wellness ritual, EVERY bit counts.

You DON'T find artificial preservatives (like BHA, BHT, and ethoxyquin).

You DO find recognizable ingredients that you feel good feeding your dog daily. 

You DON'T find artificial colors or flavor enhancers.

You DO find limited ingredients and single-protein options for sensitive pups. 

You DON'T find sweeteners like corn syrup, glucose syrup, or xylitol.

You DO find natural sweeteners such as local (Tennessee) honey. 

You DON'T find chemical additives or synthetic binding agents.

You DO find wholesome binding agents, such as oats, applesauce, and/or flaxseed, when needed. 

You DON'T find unnamed animal by-products or rendered meat meals.

You DO find functional extras, such as turmeric, blueberries, bone broth, or cocnut oil.

What is Wuff Wellness?

Wuff Wellness is more than just a treat box, it’s a monthly wellness ritual for your dog. Each box is curated with intention and care, featuring USA made products from small businesses that focus on your pup’s physical and emotional wellbeing.

What kinds of boxes do you offer?

We offer several box options based on your dog’s preferences and needs, including themed boxes with toys, treats, and wellness items, and non-themed boxes that focus on enrichment chews or treat variety. 

Are the products made in the USA?

Yes! Every item in our boxes are sourced from USA based companies, with a strong focus on small, ethical, and wellness-driven brands.

Is there a monthly theme?

Yes, our themed boxes (Wuff Wellness Box, Wuff Standard Box and Wuff Warrior Box, and Wuff Barkin’ Box) follow a fresh theme each month to keep your pup’s experience exciting and seasonally relevant. Our non-themed boxes (Wuff Savor and Wuff Munch) focus on function and variety rather than a specific theme. 

When do boxes ship?

Subscription boxes ship between the 2nd-4th of each month and typically arrive by the 10th–14th. Orders placed by the end of the month prior will receive the next month’s box.

When do I get billed?

New customers are charged at checkout. After that, recurring subscribers are billed on the 11th of each month.

Do one-time or gift boxes follow the same schedule?

It depends!

  • Themed one-time or gift boxes follow the monthly shipping cycle and ship with the other themed subscription boxes.
  • Non-themed one-time or gift boxes (like Wuff Savor or Wuff Munch) ship within 3–5 business days of purchase.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes! Once your box ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

How do you choose what goes in each box?

We send you a form after you order to gather information like, your dog’s age, size, preferences, sensitivities, etc., to help tailor your subscription. 

Are the treats and chews safe?

Absolutely. We prioritize natural, limited ingredient, and USA sourced treats and chews. If your pup has special dietary needs, let us know in their profile and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

What if my dog doesn’t like something in the box?

We always aim to impress, but if something doesn’t work for your pup, reach out to us at wuffwellness@gmail.com, and we’ll make note of their preferences for future boxes.

Can I make changes to my subscription?

Yes! You can update your dog’s profile, switch box types, or pause your subscription by contacting us at wuffwellness@gmail.com before the end of the month.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel any time by reaching out before the end of the month to avoid being charged for the next box.

Can I send a box as a gift?

Yes! Just select the gift option at checkout. You can even include a personalized message, and we’ll handle the rest.

Does the gift box follow the same shipping schedule?

Yes, for themed boxes. Gifts containing non-themed boxes ship out within 3–5 business days.

What if something arrives damaged?

We’re so sorry! Please email us within 7 days of delivery at wuffwellness@gmail.com with photos, and we’ll send a replacement or offer credit, depending on the situation.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to the nature of pet products, we do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue, please reach out, we’re here to help and want your experience to be a great one. Furthermore, our Order Policy for returns can also be found at the bottom of the website.
